For more than four decades, Rich Weeber has dedicated himself to serving his clients in the title insurance field. After graduating from the Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Business Administration in 1981, Weeber immediately began working for a small regional title underwriter. Just six years later, Rich joined a large regional title agency – Pioneer Agency – where he quickly became a partner, and, in 1999, earned a role as a Vice President of First American Title Insurance Company when Pioneer was acquired by First American Title Insurance Company.

Weeber formed Regal Abstract, LP in 2000; in 2007, he formed First American Abstract of PA, headquartered here in Lancaster. Three years later, Regal Abstract entered the Berks County market, and in 2013, First American Abstract of PA followed suit. Today, First American Abstract serves in the Quakertown and Fort Washington markets, as well.

Over the course of his 42 years in the business, Weeber has personally transacted or overseen nearly 130,000 real estate closings.
