Omayra Talton is a Certified Wedding & Event Planner and co-founder of K.O. Events & Catering, where she creates knockout experiences alongside her husband, the executive chef.

She earned her certification through Lovegevity Wedding Planning Institute in August 2021 and is currently furthering her expertise in Lovegevity’s Signature Wedding and Design Course.

Her passion for event planning began at an early age, she and her sister would watch shows such as, A Wedding Story, Four Weddings, Bridezilla, eventually falling in with the Rom-Com movie; The Wedding Planner, starring Jennifer Lopez & Matthew McConaughey. Her love for creating memorable experiences, first through planning her own family’s weddings and celebrations, and later as a professional curating elegant celebrations for others, she has always had a talent for bringing visions to life.

Now, with years of hands-on experience, Omayra specializes in event planning, décor, and seamless execution for weddings, baby showers, corporate events, and more. Her role as an Event Specialist at Rental World here in Lancaster, has deepened her knowledge of venue styling, table settings, linens, and catering rentals, allowing her to craft flawless and elegant experiences for her clients.

When she’s not planning, she’s a devoted wife and mother to a blended bunch, balancing family life with her passion for hospitality and design. You can find her signing her heart out in her minivan, spending summer days at the river or on the sideline cheering on her favorite cheerleaders. Her love for her family runs deep and wide.
