Greg Orth is the owner of THincBOX, LLC, a Sandler Training Company, and a certified DiSC practitioner. After graduating from Bloomsburg University, Orth was a ‘corporate guy’ for more than 20 years, developing his expertise and unique approach at McKinsey and Co. & Henry Rak Consulting Partners and The Hershey Company. He decided to leave it behind, follow his intrinsic entrepreneurial spirit, and start his own company helping businesses build their sales and leadership excellence.

As the owner of THincBOX, Orth works with his clients to identify the gaps that are keeping them from reaching their full potential success. Through ongoing assessments, weekly training sessions, one-on-one coaching, as well as customized in-house training programs, he finds great joy in helping local businesses achieve their business development and financial goals.

Outside of his day-to-day work, Orth is also the owner of Craft Tastings, a special event company that specializes in craft beer and whiskey pairing experiences. Orth lives in Lancaster with his wife, Jackie, their two teenage sons, Mason and Mitchell, and his trusty golden-doodle, Chase. He is an avid Penn State, Phillies, and Eagles fan, and loves to spend time in the great outdoors.
